Here are some exercises to improve strength

Improving strength is very important theses days. if you want to get ripped then do these exercises for just 1 month to start noticing a huge change in yourself.

Get that beach body that all the girls will love, show off to your mates and improve your self of steam.

things you need :
  •  yourself 
  • NO EQUIPMENT 
  • healthy eating 
  • determination
step 1 - Drink plenty of water, this will help you stay hydrated

step 2 - STRETCH, this is very important so you don't injure yourself

step 3 - exercise time!!!!!!!!!

To start this exercise programme I will need at least 10 followers SO TELL YOUR FRIENDS to get involved. once that is done I will go through a day by day programme for 1 week and you repeat repeat it as many times as you like. For now I will give you a taste of 1 of the work outs we will be doing (made by passion4profession).
